Before a campaign starts

If we cannot start your campaign, or you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund.

Campaigns in progress

If a campaign is only partly delivered, we refund the undelivered portion. Ad spend already used cannot be refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your wallet by default, or to your original payment method on request.
